What will be the price of FXP if FXI rise 50% from the present level?

I believe that FXP doubles the inverse of FXI, i.e. if FXI drops 1%, FXP should go up 2% and vice versa.

ON March 20 FXI was at around 120 while FXP was at around 122. On April 07 FXI rose to 150 (gain of 28 buckes) , about 25%, that is (150-120)/120, and FXP dropped to 74 (loss of 48 bucks), about 40%, (122-74)/122.

Say, FXI is around 140 today and if it rises to 210, a 50% rise, what should be the theoretical price of FXP at that time? Would double the inverse makes FXP to drop to 0?

Can someone tell me how to calculate the theoretical value of FXP or direct me to appropriate site.

Is it good time to buy YHOO short term call on Monday?

I am thinking of .YHQEX. The risk/reward ratio is low.

My reasons are:

1) Time factor only 05.-0.6 and in a week's time there are three major events to occur, quarter results for YHOO on 22nd, for MSFT 24th and deadline for YHOO to reply on 26th.

2) There is a price already on YHOO, 31, and YHOO shareholders could choose either 0.9509 share of MSFT or cash. The chance that YHOO share price would drop a large part below the present price is small unless the broad market falls under the March low.

3) Good quarter result either for YHOO or MSFT would definitely push the share prices of YHOO higher and there is a good chance MSFT could follow the GOOG type burst out. As YHOO share price also depends on MSFT share price and would be benefitting from MSFT's rise. The technical chart for MSFT support my supposition.

4) Tech sector is coming back in the last two week and is also helping share price of MSFT.

Any comments?
