Any one have ideas where these stocks may be headed, both seem to have come down in the last couple of weeks. Mainly thinking of writing Naked Puts & or Covered Calls. Premiums seem to be good for April. I realize that Naked puts in a bear market may not be so desirable I would also appreciate any other ideas on the present market. Rightly or wrongly i tend to be a big fan of generating premium.

In The Money Calls, will Chris Rowes put system work in reverse

I read Chris Rowes article on "Why 'In-The-Money' Puts are Not as Risky as Shorting Stock". Why won't this concept work for going long. ie buy "In-The-Money Calls. You would only be putting up a small amount as oposed to actually buying the stock. You would need to use the same perameters as to time value and intrinsic value.

How are stock options priced?

I have looked at call options prices for IMA after a recent dramatic stock price drop. Options prices appear to be still priced for the pre-drop stock price. I have noticed this on other stocks as well.

Selecting AAPL Options

I've been reading up on Options trading for a little while, and it's time to get my feet wet (make my first options trade). Unfortunately, I don't know how to select the 'best choice' of options. I would like to buy Jan 09 calls and I expect Apple to be at least $200 by that time. How do y'all decide which option to go with? Do I choose a $100 strike? $130?

what happenes when both strikes of credit spread (half of iron condor) expires in the money?

Not only they are both in the money, the price went way past the long strike. I understand it means maximum loss. I would like to know how it happens. Options expired Jan18, and now I see in my account that they are both executed, and I have a margin call. What happens now? Is there anything I have to do, or can do? I think in hindsight one thing I could have tried is selling the short strike and keeping the long, and as the price went way below, I might have decreased the loss considerably or even some profit. Trade and learn, I guess.
