I didn't receive any response so far. Tried to phone, phone numbers didn't work somehow from Canada, I don't use outlook email, hot mail didn't work. I do not want to be charged the $199 from December on my card, I am in difficul financial situation. How can I get my request through? Can someone help? Thanks, m__muller@sympatico.ca.
