How do I access my account and log in?
In the top-right corner of the TickerHound web page you’ll see a “Log in” link. Simply click that link, fill in the Login and Password fields and click OK.
PLEASE NOTE: You can use either your e-mail address or your username to login.
Why can’t I login?
Users are unable to log in for one of two reasons:
- You forgot your login credentials (username and password). You can click the “Forgot password” link on the Login screen to retrieve your information.
- You never registered – in which case click here to go to our registration screen now.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
First you should click the Log In link at the top right-hand corner of the TickerHound web site. Then click the “Forgot password” link on the Login screen to retrieve your information.
Why doesn’t the “Remember me” function work?
You likely have cookies disabled. If you’d like to re-enable cookies you can search through your browsers help files for detailed instructions.
How can I edit my profile?
After logging in all you need to do is click on the “My Profile” link in the top right-hand corner of the TickerHound web site. Once you’re in your profile screen you’ll see an “Edit Profile” button on the right side of the page.
Click that button and you’re all set!
