I grew up in Charleston, SC and graduated cum laude from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. I received a B.S. in Business Administration, B.A. in Modern Languages (Spanish) and a minor in East Asian Studies. I also studied for six months through UVa's Valencia program in Spain in 2004. I lived in China for three and a half months in 2005 and studied through Columbia University's Beijing summer program. I enjoy traveling, seeing new places, meeting new people, snowboarding, scuba diving, learning something new everyday, and modern art. I currently work as a financial analyst for IBM Global Business Services in New York.
