I think you are too bearish on the economy going into 2008. Yes, the sub-prime woes are the major headline but only one aspect of the economies success. Most financial stocks have plummeted so much, further write-offs are already calculated in stocks like (C) Citigroup. The falling dollar has increased foreign consumer demand while our dollar remains strong in those countries we import from. I look for the economy to do well in 2008 and the government should keep their nose out of out free market system and let the system correct itself.
