Who thinks Obama will be bad for business?
I know he's talking about increases corporate taxes, but overall will he have a negative impact on the economy? Does anybody know more details about his economic policies?

I don't believe he has any experience. We might end up having another Jimmy Carter in the white house. I would prefer either McCain or Hillary ratherthan him. He seems too much of a risk to me.

I hope this doesn't spark a political debate, but I just think the Democrats don't get it. The Democrats keep trying to get elected by promising to tax the rich to death and funneling that money to the poor. All that does is kill the spirit to work hard and get ahead. Why are we punishing successful people? We should punish irresponsibility! Raising capital gains taxes is also a bad idea.

The fundamental problem I have with the Democratic platform is its tax and spend mentality. Here we have a financial crisis which needs immediate attention but they are overly concerned about not making any of the adjustments into a permanent tax reduction. Bottom line they never saw a tax they didn't like. Yet the platform could get elected, in my oppinion because we have a large number of people in our society who are caught up into their something for nothing ideology.
