Is the managment controling the questions on certain services?

There was a question on Chris Rowe's trading course CRISS, that I linked to by following certain peoples names from the top tickerhounds listing. But after crafting a response I find that the question is no longer answerable and seems to have been removed from the question bank!!
What is going on Mr Mulligan? Are you playing games with your cohorts over at Tycoon Publishing? If we can ask and answer questions about other peoples services, why not theirs?
The question was originally posted under Financial Analysis 2 weeks ago, but is not there or here now.

Hi Ken,

I believe our Customer Service people answered this very same question in an e-mail you sent to us this morning. But since you've posted it on the site I feel I should go ahead and answer it myself.

First off, No, that question was not posted by TickerHound or Tycoon Publishing staff. Furthermore, I am no longer with Tycoon Publishing, I have ventured off on my own to work solely on TickerHound. Now, let me explain how TickerHound works.

When a user asks a question other members can respond. Then, after receiving a number of responses the person who originally asked it can choose which answer he or she thinks is the best. Once they choose the "Best Answer" the question is then closed - in other words, the question has become Resolved.

So the question you're referring to hasn't been removed from the "question bank", it has simply been "Resolved" and can now be found in the "Resolved" questions tab.

I see that you recently asked a question - when you receive more responses to it you'll go through the same process of reading through and choosing the Best Answer. Then your question will move from the "Open" tab to the "Resolved" tab.

I hope that clears things up and you enjoy using the site.

Best,
Wayne
