Investools alternative
I have been with Investools for a couple of years and my subscription is coming up next month. I am looking for an alternative that is not so expensive yet will give me all the information needed to make good investment decisions. What programs have you had experience with that you would recommend?

I think once you get initial knowledge in investment there are plenty of sources to improve your knowledge. Are you getting Tycoon Report? It is good report to read if you want to improve your knowledge? There are good web sites. There are good books on investment. Even if you buy some good books it is worth. But you must try to read correct books. Following web site will give you some information about good Investment books.

According to your investment style you can choose various types of good websites on the internet. I noticed following websites will be very useful

The best free newsletter out there is The Tycoon Report (tycoonreport.com). For other paid services, the best I've found is Investors Intelligence. (investorsintelligence.com)
The Tycoon Report is heavily into education.
Investors Intelligence is heavily into market information. They have a free one month trial and the subscriptions are reasonable. For the most market information you may want to look at the "US Stocks/Market Timing Combo."
I too had Investools for a few years, but cancelled them in November, found more advanced info from Investors Intelligence.

Check this site out, apparently this guy is in the same situation as you. He purchased Investools also. It's basically a summary of his experience, but then he reviews a futures trading product that he likes. Hope this helps
