Go to www.yahoo.com,
click on finance,
then investing,
then ETF's.
It is just chock full of information on all kinds of ETF products. Good luck!

Nuveen Investments has a great page with Thomson Financial data for both ETFs and CEFs (Closed End Funds). This includes detailed profiles and histories as well as abundant external links.
I have found no other site (free or otherwise) with adequate CEF information. I've been particularly interested in discount/premium and leverage information as I have been scooping up highly discount CEFs over the last several months. The discount/premium info is current for CEFs at this site (matching Morningstar) but seems to be slightly delayed for ETFs (NAV being one day older than the close price).
Here's the URL. Enjoy!

Two other really good sites, besides Nuveen's are the ClosedEnd Fund Association and Seeking Alpha,. The latter has a list by its editors of every ETF, and commentary that is much better than anything elsewhere ... including here. The Seeking Alpha section on ETFs also has some comparisons to ClosedEnd Funds for major sectors; by dividend payouts, and by holdings and index tracking.

"""&quo... ... t;""""""".cl... ... osed-end fund.com --also has a comparison system to tag and compare CEFs
