What is a great technical trading book to read?

Looking for a great book on technical trading. Not anything hardcore quantitative, but something above beginner level. I've been a fundamentals guy and want to try out technical analysis on my research. If there's a book anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks!

Dave, Murphy's book is absolutely a great one, but the question said not anything hardcore quantitative, and Murphy's book does get a bit technical at times. I would recommend Toni Turner's "A Beginner's Guide to Day Trading Online", or Dr. Andrew Elder's "Trading for a Living". After you read these two, then go tackle the Murphy book.

I took a look at "technical analysis for dummies" the other day, and was surprised at its quality. Its extremely comprehensive, covering just about everything i ever use from a technical standpoint. Its easy to read too. Its one weakness is that from what i saw, it doesn't cover point and figure charting.
