Why are there 2 option prices and symbols for some stocks at the same strike price?
VGR has this situation, Feb 17.50 GVXBW @ 1.75 and VGRBW @ 1.00

Two possible situations come to mind. Some equities have both quarterly, and monthly options. This happens a lot with major indexes. Other stocks experience stock split, so the old options are now in lots of 200 shares instead of 100, while the new options are in the standard 100 share lots. Those are the two most common cases i've seen. It could be something else though

Looked up both option symbols, found the VGRBW, for Feb08 for 17.50 strike price, but when I tried to pull up GVXBW, it just took me back to the VGRBW symbol. Perhaps you were looking at a different expiration month? Or simply misspelled the symbol?
