Which Canadian brokers allow non-North American residents to open an on-line account?

I'm not a US resident and I opened an account with e-trade [https://us.etrade.com/e/t/home], they have branches covering virtually the whole world. I know that www.emoneypower.com does the same too.

E-trade covers US securities very well, I think the same for Canadian securities [not sure], but if this is is not the case, try a simple search in a major engine, there must be a ton of such brokers.
