Does anybody know ANYTHING about carbon emissions trading? Can regular investors get involved?

Or is it for companies/institutions only?

They should really make an "alternative investments" category on this site.

htc is on the Toronto venture exchange htc-x (purenergy) and has been going up strong since the start of this year. The RSI is at 71% on the weekly charts and down to 52% on the daily charts and the MACD is rolling over. I would wait for a pullback to buy in. I am sure it will do extremely well over the long term.
