Yahoo! has been given an ultimatum, any predictions?
Ballmer says it's either "take our offer or we go into a proxy fight"...any TickerHounds have any predictions on what's going to happen here?
A) Yahoo! gives in and MSFT acquires them
B) They go for a proxy battle and MSFT wins
C) Proxy battle and MSFT loses
D) Yahoo! gets acquired by somebody else

A - Yahoo!'s stock has been getting hit...MSFT is giving them an easy out...they should either completely reorganize the company or just sell to MSFT and stand a chance of competing with Google.

it goes to proxy and MSFT (losses)ur I mean wins . lol
I personally don't see this as a winner for MSFT , but they do seem determined to take over , so I see it going to proxy.

The most probable result is MSFT increases the bid by 2 bucks and YHOO grately come to the table table and talk and accept.
