BULLISH
1. Dominant position in a hotly contested space. MSFT is acquiring Yahoo! just to get a foothold here...search engine/online advertising is the place to be.
2. Financially disciplined: If you look at Google's balance sheet and income statement you'll see that they get substantially higher returns on their investments and have superior margins to their competitors.
3. Management is great! These guys are open and honest with employees and shareholders...can't ask for much more these days.

In addition to DaveDiggz points I am bullish on Google because it is a pure play in internet advertising. Google focuses exclusively on assets directly related to the efficient display of ads. Every action whether it is a new feature or an acqusition it is related to organizing information with the sole goal of being able to display ads. The usefulness and efficiency of their tools is targeted to save you time finding the information you need so that you are looking at high value ads not ads for products that you have no interest in(their click through rates are significantly higher that their competitors).
With this pure play and the steady flow of money from TV, print, and radio ads(except for the most highly targeted programs) to the internet provides Google with a great prospect of growth(also Google seems to have some projects in the works to help sell ads in those spaces that will increase their efficiency).
Another point is Google is steadily growing both organically and through smart acqusitions(see the Tickerhound blog post on if Google woudl buy Expedia). Google has never stopped its growth rate and I see no limits on the horizon.

I like Google because of the open source model they are using. I like the leverage that comes from using advertisers who also get value from the Googel ad model.
Google promotes open office software that is free. Google is not stopping with software. They will have a cell phone standard that will change the cost structure of cell phones. Add that to the longer distance WIFI/WIMAX standards and the cell phone companies may be in danger.
