Is there an Index of the WORST Mutual funds somewhere on the web?

I've found plenty of articles and sites touting the "top performing" mutual funds -- but I'm more into "avoiding" mistakes. Does anyone know of a list of HORRIBLE mutual funds (funds with high fees, bad performance, etc.)?
