How much worse is the housing market going to get?

Existing home sales down... home prices decreasing at an accelerated rate... I don't believe any of these economists/politicians that are saying the worst is behind us. Anybody agree/disagree?

When there is a more supply and inventories are building up we can not expect increase of prices and sales in the housing market. Still some people are promoting their real estated scheme in some countries.

More than other factors sentiments on the housing market have to be improved if we want to see any type of consolidation in the real estate market. It is same all over the world now.

Now Industrial experts expect more than 50% correction in the property sector in next 2 years in some parts of the world. Further they do not see any recovery in next 05 years. In addition we have to watch baby boomers move in next 03 years.

However we will have to do more research before entering market in the future.
