How would you go about picking small cap stocks in China?

Any type of methodology or framework? Fundamental? Technical? Etc.?

For starters, I would look at the Chinese ADR's and ADS' that are listed on U.S. exchanges, using BONY_Mellon's site or CitiBank's site (use Google or Yahoo to get to those sites). These companies are not all mega-caps, and at least have filed sufficient, audited documents to get listed.
