Nortel versus Cisco - who will win?
Nortel is launching an ad campaign attacking Cisco - will the company gain some market share or is this just a stunt that won't go anywhere?

Easy one -- no way in hell will Nortel "beat" Cisco. Look at Cisco's numbers and then look at Nortel's. Look at Cisco's operating metrics (profit margins, return on assets, return on equity, etc.) and then look at Nortel's...the two don't even compare.
Cisco has a superior product line, they're always working on the bleeding edge of technology and when they're not, they're acquiring the companies that do. CSCO is fine - I'd watch out for Nortel though.
