Microsoft has admitted in the media that they are actively trying to hire "former" Yahoo! personel. This is increasing the turnover at Yahoo!. Yahoo! is under a lot of pressure to perform and is dividing its focus between a lot of different projects and is having problems getting the talent they need(they are going through a huge contractor hiring spree). The bussiness activity(Icahn, Microsoft and Google) are taking up the executive's time and it appears some of them are deciding there are better opportunities away from Yahoo!. This does not bode well for Yahoo! staying fully independant.
