I'm a big fan of Suntech Power (STP) - great Returns on Equity (25%) and Profit Margins (15%+). The recent pullback also makes the price pretty attractive as well. I'd give this a serious look if you're serious about trading in chinese solar energy stocks.

Trina Solar is priced attractively perhaps.

Not exactly Chinese but Japan's Kyocera (KYO) is worth a look. It makes solar panels that endure 20-25 years of rain, snow, wind etc. It's one thing to turn out a tech product that must last only the two to four years before it is obsolete and replaced, but solar payback requires up to multi-decade durability. Are the current Chinese producers up to this quality challenge?

Agreed to the 2 gentleman, Trina and STP they are very good companies to own. In addition, I would suggest LDK and CSIQ also. They are showing positive strength relative to the sector, they just break the recent resistant, LDK is going to pull back slightly to test the 40 dollar support, and CSIQ seems has already stand up to the 40 dollar level.
