DEFINITELY! This stock has been breaking support for more than a little bit now and today's news was merely speculation. Wait until these guys actually raise the money AND miss earnings estimates - this stock will crack more yet, you just wait and see.
So yes, without making any formal recommendations, I personally will be shorting LEH this week.
