Try commercial real estate. Ask your broker about Cohen and STeers. Or go to CNS in Yahoofinance.com, to Profile. Nice dividend and international exposure.

mg, I'm not sure if you are asking about real estate or real estate stocks. If it is Real Estate stocks, then I would suggest Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REIT's for short. You can find a list of them at yahoo finance. If you are talking about Real Estate itself, I need more information, such as investment property vs owner occupant, single family vs multi family, residential vs commercial, etc. And how much capital are you talking about that you have? You might want to add more information to your post or re-post the question more specifically.
