You'd see a major restructuring, a renegotiation of healthcare and pensions and ultimately the company would emerge as a much healthier organization.

But in the short-term you'd also see many people go unemployed and the economy would take a serious hit. If that does happen anytime soon I think it could be a horrible blow to the markets and the economy overall.
