Is it too late to get Boeing?

Will the dreamliner that is coming out soon bring it back up? OR will it flop because the airlines aren't doing so well?

Positive Factors to consider when investing in Boeing:

Demand for 2nd generation bio-fuel jets will increase.

Some Airlines such as New Zealand Airlines will have sustainable bio-oil
Supply made from nuts of the jatropha plant etc instead of food based non viable bio-fuel. In fact this airline is going to become the world's most sustainable airline in the future

Demand for fuel efficient jets will increase

Oil price will come down to $70/barell

Generally companies manufacturing jets and some specialized boats such as amphibious have advance orders for more than 05 years. Therefore they have enough turnover and earnings for next 05 years to survive during weak economy.

I think it is better to buy Boeing on weakness with long term horizon

Boeing is a great company that has just had a major correction, along with the rest of the market. BA is in one heck of a downtrend, but I think the stock is now reaching oversold levels, but just looking at it technically, I would wait until the MACD turns up and you see some sign of a bottoming in the stock.

Most great companies will eventually rebound. When it does, you should be able to buy it at a great price.

I would agree with msnl&ethanR,,,,,There will be Enough jet fuel by 2014 --an increase in Bio-diesel and jet fuel by Sytroleum and Tyson chicken. When they begin to producetheprice of jet fuel will go down . This is a maybe ,,due to increased competition ,which will help also. As far as Boeing wait for the charts to give you a good start point. Patience is good when used correctly.
