Where do I find 15 year moving average p/e's or p/b's for S&P500

Ben Stein's "Yes, You Can Time The Market" s suggests buying index funds for long term invesing using 15 yr moving averages for price to earnings and book values. Is there a site that has this information.

http://www.bigcharts.com (owned by Dow Jones) might be a good place to go as well. They have some of the best historical quote data/charts that I've ever seen.

I agree about BigCharts.com except that the free version only goes back 10 years. There is a premium version I know nothing about. Also there are some other services of this kind that are only available with a paid subscription that will give even more information and history- if you want to, or can, pay for it.

In my little world the "2%" rule does not allow for much.
