Most of them are down this year, but keep in mind that with value funds (and all funds, in fact) it's the long term track record that counts...

I really like the Oakmark funds. Bill Nygren is a super sharp manager and he tends to invest in many of the stocks Buffett ends up investing in. We usually find out about Nygren's investments first due to regulatory policy, but he's got a great investment approach nonetheless. Even if you don't invest right into the Oakmark funds you can always go to their site and use their holding list as "inspiration" for new stocks to buy.

I've heard good things about the Legg Mason Value Trust as well.
