I think so if they can prevent credit bubble, house bubble and oil bubble etc in the future. It all depends on how top investors and policy makers are going to take decisions in the future. Really, they can do this. It is a matter of time. It also depends on how top investors are going to invest in the USA in future.

The USA is the world richest country in the world. They have most numbers of richest persons in the world. Even those who migrated from small countries have become top hedge fund managers have earned enough money to speculate other markets time to time.
Still people are making money irrespective of volatility of the market. I think the USA is one and only country that has all types of financial instruments in the world.

How can other countries going to survive without exporting to the world largest economy. As I said, I do not think that we will get consumers like USA in any other planet.

Once they sort it out present credit mess and if they can prevent these types of things happenings in the future, they will be rich again. However, we must not forget still the USA has highest numbers of rich persons in the world. Really, they are rich. If they can get together, they can re-write the economy.
