Any predictions for next week?

This is not a prediction. This is the market trend that I expected in advance. I think we can see clear direction in the commodity market in the next week.

Accordingly intelligent investors will have opportunity to invest in sectors with future earnings changes. I think some sectors and companies will have higher earnings than other sectors in the next financial year. Some markets will have above average growth.

I think it is better to do some research specially about commodity market to find out some investment opportunities in other sectors. This is the hottest market in the world now. Almost all the brokers through out the world talking about commodities now

Now not only top commodity investors but also Dubai and other Middle East based companies (these are commodity oriented countries) are investing in other sectors even in small countries. I think they are taking advantage of depressed market condition and they find attractive long term value in these businesses. To my surprise now they do not invest in commodity oriented companies. I think these guys know something in advance.

I think even stock brokers can not predict correctly. I think some brokers are misleading public in some countries. They say to common investors that the market will be bearish in next couple of weeks. Actually suddenly market become active and bullish due to foreign buying including Middle East funds. I do not know what these brokers are trying to do.

When market becomes bullish they say there is foreign buying and there is a value in the market. When market becomes weak they say we have to control inflation.

One thing big money such as hedge fund, can manipulate any market and they can bring up prices of any overvalued and non profitable companies to the extreme level within short period.

I think intelligent investors should learn their strategy in addition to fundamental analysis and technical analysis now. In some counties some investors if they really want they can bring up their share prices and then they can unload for tidy profit. Therefore we can not predict market direction 100% correctly. Best thing that intelligent investor should do is not to invest in Mis-managed, non profitable companies without clear business vision and with unpredictable top shareholders and directors.
