It depends on which aspect you are seeking help about. If it's to refinance an existing loan, you can simply call the lender you used before, or another lender if you aren't too keen on yours. If it's about the tax break, that is something your accountant can advise you about. But I would give it a little bit of time, as most people are still not familiar with all of the nuances of the law, especially since it's been changed so often during the preliminary stages.
