What are the NYSE delisting rules?

I tried finding the answer at the NYSE web site but I didn't have any success. I'm interested in Monaco Coach Corporation as a possible investment, but it's closing stock price has been below $5.00 per share since May 20 and I'm afraid it may become delisted, which might make it harder to trade.

I believe the rule is if the company's stock trades at an average daily closing price of less than $1 for 30 days, it's sent a delisting notice, then they have 10 days to respond and either 30 or 90 days to fix the situation, otherwise they get delisted.
