You could also look at some of the recommended stocks at the seekingalpha.com site, and enter "Dividends' into the search bar:

There are periodic listings by guest editors of their Picks, + links to prior entries, so you can see how they've performed..
Another site is:

which has a "how to" about purchasing and selling under the Dividend Growth Investor topic.
