If the US gets into a conflict with Iran, how bad could the price of oil get?

In the US - Imagine gas stations with no gas, heating oil companies with no heating oil.
Truck traffic (which moves most of our goods / food) will halt.
The government will open the emergency supply for those critical elements, public transportation, police and fire. Of course our military will be the first to get any oil because they will be needed to control riots.
We will be told to take public transportation or to ride bikes. A million people riding bikes on the highway! The airlines will all go bankrupt so they wont be an issue.
In emerging countries they will go back to riding bikes (when they are not rioting against the gvt)
Sink a few tankers in the straits of Hormuz and the US will nuke Iran's military targets. When the governments around the world start to topple they will approve the action.
Oil will be sold to the highest bidder, those countries that will pay any price! Pick a number it will be too low.
