Go to

http://etf.seekingalpha.com

which has a listing of the inverse and double inverse and short ETFs

And READ the prospecti carefully, because some will liquidate if the long ETF goes up a lot.

Recommendations might currently be to balance a long precious metals with an inverse, and oil with DUG.

I don't trade ETFs, but if you want a fre site that does momentum tracking, try

http;//www.successful-investment.com/index.html

Ulli sends a weekly e-mail each Friday evening, with notes as of as of Thursday's close, with links to his stat sheets, for which ETFs are above or below their 200 day moving average. He has selected buys on a few short or inverse ETFs, and none currently on most Intl,or U.S, ones.
