How does one locate hurricane stocks?
With the hurricanes surging in Florida these past few days, I`m sure there will be local companies taking on the added workload of rebuilding those devastated areas while at the same time increasing their profits considerably.
How does one go about finding these stocks for short term profits?

I'm not sure about short term profit, depends on your time frame, but one stock I like as a hurricane play is Beacon Roofing Supply (BECN). They manufacture roofing materials, and stand to do well from an increase in storms. The only problem that I see is that the stock is up from $12 to near $16 in the last month, so you might want to catch it on a pull back in between storms!
