Which online brokers allow you to trade international stocks?

I know ETtrade rolled out a fairly sophisticated system last year, you can read more about it here:

But I know they let you trade in Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan and Britain...and possibly even more foreign exchanges now.

Interactive Brokers is a good one where you can trade stocks options futures and bonds in any market at a reasonable price. It doesn't get much better. And they are financailly sound as far as I can tell which is the mot important part.
