According to some analysts, I do not think much opportunity in Japan in the next 02 years. However, there will be some great long-term investment opportunity in neglected and undervalued sectors, which is going to benefit with rise of China. China and Japan industrial output growth and export growth will slow down in the next 02 years.

Stocks to avoid in Japan due to higher risks are:

Banks stocks
Property stocks
Commodity trading stocks

Some manufacturing companies, which use rubber as raw materials, will benefit in the next financial year due to expected lower cost.

There is a pressure on the yen currency as well. I think there is mini bubble in the property sector in Asia. Land prices also coming down in Japan

We have to wait and see how China and rest of Asia going to do business in the next 02 years. Still they have to sort out certain factors including environment factor to see rapid growth in the next decade.

In short, there will be plenty of investment opportunities in Asia for global investors in the next decade.
