anybody know anything about the new teaser on market commissions on stocks?
there's anew teaser that says that the SEC law requires brokers to pay market commissions on stocks ,something to do about options trading . I am not clear about how it works.

Another BS newsletter pitch. It's basically writing/selling covered calls against a position in your portfolio. Same as the "overnight dividend" pitch from last year. Check out the guys at Stock GumShoe, they'll clear this up:
