Google's looking pretty cheap here, should we be buying?

Last time Google was this low it bounced back up to $600 per share very quickly. What do you think?

The valuations are always comparative, what you consider cheap might not be cheap for others why do you feel it is cheap.
with declining ad revenue and slowing growth it is a tough call right now
