Maybe, maybe not. I don't know. Nobody knows. But will all know in about a week and can then spout off about our "correct predictions" or ignore our incorrect ones.

Most probably it will extend in most markets although there will be some fluctuations
Some sectors and companies will outperform the market in the next week and during October.
There will be increased activities in some small markets and fund mangers will adjust their portfolios to buy and add outstanding stocks through out the world.
These markets will have over 20% capital appreciation in the fourth quarter.

I think we'll have to examine if this rally is caused by real, genuine buying or if it simply just shorts covering their positions after the announcement by the SEC.
This rally will probably carry on into next week, but after those shorts finish unwinding their positions, it's anyone's guess if the rally will remain.
