Just look at the banks in the "Top 10"...a few of them are already gone. I'll bet more are on the way, Sun Trust maybe?

I think some top investments banks and insurance giants worldwide are most at risk for being shut down .if something goes wrong against them

Especially banks, companies overexposure to commodity, property and sophisticated instruments are more vulnerable now. Their capital and cash position are becoming weaker and weaker now. Some of their assets have become worthless now. In addition I do not think they have market to dispose their assets either. They find extremely difficult to raise capital now.

Only companies with less debt, with positive cash flow will survive and they will outperform the market in the next 12 months and in the next 05 years. Some banks are going to benefit most due to current mess.
