Looks like more people want to acquire Lehman. Who will do the deal and at what price?

I'm not sure if anybody would do the deal.
Lehman may be able to sell some of its assets or extend a rights offering to existing shareholders -- that would be ideal.
Second best case, the Korean Development Bank (most likely suitor) would invest directly in Lehman. This would shore up some cash and still allow Lehman to remain independent.
Worst case, the company sells outright at a steep discount (it's looking more and more like Bear).
