I agree with jillybeaisme; noncarbonated beverages are a bigger seller than sodas right now, and CocaCola has made a number of acqisitions and introduced new products to enter this area: Dasani water and VitaminWater are the two that come to mind. Buying a Chinese juice maker helps them expand both their offerings and their share of the growing Chinese market.
