FedEx on an upswing due to the falling price of oil?

I think FedEx is rising because they might acquire the European parcel service, TNT... not due to the falling price of oil. So if you're gonna go long UPS, do it because you think the TNT deal will get done and the stock looks cheap relative to their improved business prospects. I don't know enough about the company to weigh in one way or the other.
