Do you think the Government is really going to go after Google or is it just bluffing?
I'd imagine this would be bad for the stock price if they did, no?

It appears to be a bluff/warning. There is no reason right now to go after Google, they have enough competitors to be able to answer the charges. The talk of filing a lawsuit is more of a warning to Google to be careful about expansion into other advertising areas or against the aquisition of other players in the advertising space. This is likely the result of government lobbying by competitors(Microsoft and the print and television media).
