I believe it's an ETF or an index fund that's correlated to the Russel 2000 index. The full name is the Merrill Lynch Accelerated Return Bear Market Notes linked to the Russell 2000. Given that we've had the worst week ever last week, that's probably why this is hitting a new 52-week high :)
