Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced real-time streaming quote service?

To get it for free, open an online brokerage account. One with a low minimum such as TradeKing. Then fund it. Most brokerages should provide free real time streaming if you're funded. Some may required you to be an active trader.

Yeah Alan's right -- you might even want to look at Zecco.com, I've never tried their tools but they have commission free trades and a pretty low minimum.
