I think that'll depend on what happens up until March 2009 -- and for a sector like tech, that's VERY hard to predict.

Technology is completely predicated on the concept of "creative destruction" -- as new companies find innovative ways to do things, old companies/business models get destroyed. It's Darwinism at its finest! But that also makes it very difficult to make any meaningful predictions this far out.

I mean, who would've guessed that Google would virtually kill Yahoo! in only a few short years?

I can't tell you about March 2009, but for November 2008 I don't think tech will be a pretty place to be.
