If you're referring to transcripts of earnings conference calls then the name is pretty self explanatory -- it's a transcript of the company's earnings call with analysts and shareholders. It's probably easier to just be on the call so everything is in context, but if you couldn't make it to the call then the call transcripts are great.

You get the whole rundown from management and then the analyst Q&A, which can be very insightful.
